A good interpretation will involve a series of very personal questions. Often people want a quick answer to a dream when in reality an interpreter must examine very closely all of the sorrounding events both historically and currently in the life of the dreamer. Sometimes it may take more than one session to answer all questions and provide an clear interpretation for the dreamer. Some dreams are quite simple and some are very complex. This is the job of a good interpreter, to provide clarity and meaning to the dreams.
Reoccuring dreams and outstanding dreams (sometimes in the form of what is called a nightmare and sometimes not a nightmare but outstanding as a dream) normally fascinate people the most. It is my experience and that of others that when reoccuring dreams are clearly understood and given concrete meaning for the dreamer that such dreams dissipate or end all together. Outstanding dreams are those which stay with the dreamer during consciousness and tend to make them seek understanding due to the psychological impact and sense of seriousness of the dream. However, that is not to say casual dreams are not significant at all and sometimes have just as much significance if not more, but the impact is not so startling therefore the dreamer does not always seek interpretation or understanding.
As for me, I do not consort with the dead or act as a medium for the dead since this is clearly against my personal beliefs. As well I do not seek outside influences for an innate gift (demonic or spirit agents).
